ABSTRACT: Inseminaatiolla tarkoitetaan keinotekoista hedelmöittämistä miehen siemennesteellä. Procreation is artificial insemination with male sperm. When an egg cell is fertilized outside the woman's body in a test tube - unlike an insemination - the process is called test-tube fertilization.Insemination is a lot more common these days. The article concentrates on insemination although analogically the same principles apply to test-tube fertilization and to the following questions: sshould a cchild have the right to know who its biological father is, and should insemination be granted also to single women?
