The material consist of recorded planning conversations between superiors and employees in privat business companies in Swedish Finland.The conversations are dialogues (dyads). -The goal is to analyse conflict and disagreement in the conversations.How are such sequences structured?How do the participants in a conversation enter the conflict situation?How do they pay attention to each other's opinions?Does the material contain interactional moves which is directed towards the interaction.
