The purpose of the research projekt is to illuminate the relationship of gender relations, sexuality and violence in organisations, especially work organisations.Drawing on theoretical and empirical research of both the primary researcher and others, as well as recent Nordic research material, these relationships are examined in the context of broader theoretical debates and social change.
