Anmärkning: The intension with this project is to evaluate and strengthen LA21 activities in the region, to tie networks acting in the field of LA21 together and work out a model for successful local and regional LA21 work.Most of the activities will take place in the Baltic Sea Region but in addition to this the intension is to disseminate well working LA21 activity models [project cases] to the Mediterranean region and specifically to Greece

Detta projekt har som avsikt att granska LA 21 aktiviteten kring Östersjön på en bredare front.Forskningen har som målsättning dels att kartlägga aktivitetsnivån och att följa upp förändringar över tid.Vidare kommer bästa fallen av LA 21 verksamhet inom var sin kontext att identifieras och rapporteras med en bok.Projektet helheten kommer också att avrapporteras.Inom projektet kommer OFF vid ÅA att starta ett eget delprojekt : LA 21 kring Östersjön och vid Adriatiska havet.Projektets nyckel komponenter: 1.Forskning och analyser: LA 21 uppföljning och registering av lyckade LA21 satsningar 2.Info kampanj: Riktad information, höjande av miljömedvetenheten och motivationen för att jobba för miljön 3.Utbildning: En serie på 6 Workshops och fortbildning via Internet 4.Networking: Networking av redan existerande nätverk.
