Particularly in Asia and the Middle East have the majority of countries not ratified the convention.The executive Committee of the High Commissioner's Programme established a special Sub-committee of the whole on international Pprotection to deal with certain technical aspects of the High Commissioner's protection work.The Sub-committee was dealt with four items: non-refoulement, expulsion of refugees, asylum and determination of refugee status.With conclusions.
