ABSTRACT: The people of Managua do not walk on the edges of the great lake Xolotlan, which waters are muddy and brown. All the city contaminates the lake, and it's waters are not profound eneough to absorve all the contamination. On long term the situation is even worse, the lake is also contaminated chemically with mercurio, a high toxic which takes several years to decompund.

Its use in the United States would be punished by law.It also includes experiments by desructive mushrooms and with an insect called Malumbia.Both these would have devastating effects on the ecology.According to the US State Department, at least the use of that Spike would be aproved by a Peruvian multisector commission.We can only ask, who are the responsable for such plans? asks the article eleborated by the Peruvian human rights organization APRODEH.
